The property is available from 14:00 on the day of arrival and until 10:00 on the day of departure. 2. Guests are obliged to take care of their own belongings and valuables, which they leave in the apartment. The owner of the property accepts no liability for the eventual disappearance of the property. 3. Guests are responsible for your behaviour in and around the house. In the event of an accident, you bear the consequences yourself. 4. Close the front door of the apartment when you are inside. When you go out, be sure to close windows and doors, turn off the light and all electrical appliances (TV, AIR CONDITIONING, HERD, ...) and turn the faucet on. 5. The owner has the right to enter the apartment in the absence of the guest in special circumstances in order to prevent the eventuality of possible damage or danger. The owner is obliged to inform the guest at the next contact. 6. It is forbidden to destroy equipment and furniture, cause chaos and disturb other guests. It is particularly forbidden to make noise between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. 7. Contents of the apartment can only be used by persons who are properly registered as guests. The host may, at the guest's request, authorize any visits at a specific time. 8. It is not allowed to bring weapons, explosives and non-combustible material. 9. The use of the equipment and equipment that are not part of the apartment is only permitted with the consent of the owner. 10. The bringing of animals is only permitted with the consent of the owner. 11. In the event of disappearance or damage to the installation, furniture, furnishings and equipment of the apartment, the guest is obliged to inform the host. If the guest's guilt has resulted in disappearance or damage, the guest is obliged to compensate for the damage with a corresponding consideration. 12. It is forbidden to carry furniture and equipment (towels, blankets, etc.) out of the apartment. 13. If the guest does not comply with the house rules, the owner has the right to cancel further services to the guest. 14. Hand over your passport to the owner as soon as you arrive to register at the tourism agency. 15. You can address your comments, wishes and commendations to the host, who is available to you during working hours from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. 16.
